JBG Property Holdings, LLC (“JBG Property” or the “Company”) is a Chicago-based real estate investment and development firm dedicated to the belief that high-quality investment and development contributes to the health and sustainability of our communities. Founded in 2019, the Company pursues mixed-use and office-related real estate investments in high barrier-to-entry neighborhoods of Chicago that provide opportunity to enhance value through development, redevelopment, repositioning and recapitalization. JBG Property thoughtfully plans our projects to incorporate architectural designs that are distinctive, yet context-sensitive, thereby respecting both surrounding neighborhoods and the natural environment.
